Our process:

We deal with each case using the right tools that are most suitable. We have an efficient automated process to handle simple cases. In normal cases we take personal care of the insured person, and in complex cases we coordinate with those affected and other parties involved. We provide long-term help to persons who are unable to work and support them with our know-how and extensive network.

Medi Point is a network of doctors, hospitals, employers, insurers and patients. Are you insured with Zurich through your employer for accidents (UVG/LAA) or loss of salary as a result of illness? If so, you can contact the specialists at our Medi Point if you have an accident or become ill. They will advise you in the selection of a medical specialist, help you with the administration of your accident or illness history and ensure you get quick access to more than 200 doctors and hospitals in over 50 specialist areas so you can get back on your feet quicker.
