What makes Case Management successful?
Zurich Case Management provides comprehensive care for persons who are ill or were in an accident with the aim of social and professional reintegration. To accomplish this, our Case Manager coordinates with all those involved and supports the insured person on their path back to self-sufficiency.
The role of the employer
In the professional reintegration process, collaboration between the employee and employer is crucial. If both partners communicate openly and early enough, it is often possible to prevent the person who is ill or who had an accident from remaining unable to work for longer periods. When an employee is able to start working again, even part-time, it has a very positive impact on their condition and often affects the healing process.
