Claims center: You can reach us in all three language regions in Switzerland by calling 0800 80 80 80 anytime night or day. We will also be happy to advise you about repair partners or our Help Point organization for damage to your car.

Claims specialists: We have claims specialists available for every type of claim, no matter how complex, in six regional locations – St. Gallen, Lugano, Lausanne, Berne, Lucerne and Zurich.

Claims inspectors: If damage has to be evaluated on site, one of our claims inspectors will visit you. He or she will also be happy to advise you on repair estimates and partners.

Vehicle experts: Our vehicle experts at our Help Point locations will evaluate the extent of the damage and also check the quality of the repairs made.
