Zurich Switzerland is structured into production, distribution, services and support:

The Life, Operations Life, Technical Center and Operations business areas are responsible for products – from development through pricing to underwriting. Distribution is divided into Agents, Brokers and Direct & Distribution Partners. The Service Center is in charge of operational service provision, claims management and providing advice on benefit claims. The Corporate Development & Market Management, Legal, Finance and IT support centers help other business areas perform their tasks.
